What You Need to Participate?
Fill out the Sign-up Form
Complete the registration form to secure your spot. The organizer will contact you to confirm your participation. Registration closes 10 days prior to the event.
Prepare Your Marketing Materials
Ensure you have everything needed to showcase your business, including products, business cards, banners behind the table, flyers, and more. Feel free to bring a laptop or iPad for any digital presentations.
Bring your Own Table
Make sure to bring a table to display your products and materials. The recommended table size is 6 x 2.5 feet.
Prepare a Giveaway Prize
Offer a giveaway prize such as a discount on your service, a product sample, or another promotional item to attract potential customers (it's recommended, but not required).
PLEASE NOTE: To be featured on the Fitnello Fitness Instagram, please provide us with a promo video or a graphic banner for Instagram Stories. The sooner you will get that, the longer you will be promoted!
